Drainage and Groundworks
Drainage needs to be considered and carefully planned for every job. No one wants puddles on their new outdoor space! We ensure that there is sufficient fall on each area to enable the water to run off. We can install channel drainage, and even direct the water into a soak away. This can all be discussed during the site visit - to come to a solution that works best for you and your home.
As with any build, the finished product is only as good as its base. Bad preparation may result in movement, weeds and rutting.
Here at Majestic we always take extra care in the excavation, sub base, and compacting to ensure that there is a more than adequate foundation for the project. We also provide groundworks for extensions and new builds. Please contact us if you are interested in these services.
